I picked up some breakfast from a local shop & headed down the front of the Liver building to eat it. There were quite a few people about for 10:30am on a Sunday, most of them with cases in hand probably after checking out of their hotels, but this chap was just stood staring out across the Mersey for 10 minutes or so.
