Focus of my Day

Have been awake since 3am with chest pains and going hot and cold. Eventually it got to time to phone in sick to work and get to the doctors.

Got checked over; apparently my pulse is a bit fast but my blood pressure, oxygen levels, and heart are all fine.

Was given diazepam to take for 3 days and to continue to take anti depressants. Paracetamol also for the pain.

Have spent the day lying on the sofa drifting in and out of sleep with the tennis on in the background.

My doctor this morning was a girl that was in the year above me at school and in the wind band with me, that was a bit weird!
