Sunrise over Burwood

Deer dashing through the edge of the woodland is how my day started. Green woodpecker, and Peacock being the most outstanding feathered friends I met first thing. I returned via a bakery and picked up a couple of Pastel De Nata for auntie and myself as a treat for breakfast.
I rode over to meet L and we cycled through town to get to the Tarka Trail where we experienced the most beautiful weather and glorious nature , spring is definitely an uplifting time of the year. Lank the Heron made a spectacular entrance and flew across the weir in the above photo.
After fika for we cycled back via the coal tits nest which I have been keeping on. Five little chicks mouths gaping open was quite an emotional experience whilst spring is in full swing. We partook in a light lunch before a quick shower, and making my way over to my Pilates lesson.
Outstanding service and knowledge, I’m so looking forward to starting my new regime.
A build up of traffic in Bideford delayed Auntie and her volunteer driver getting back for her GP appointment, cousin H is coming to see her mum on Sunday and will be staying overnight with us. Hopefully she will be able to sort a new appointment for her mum..
L walked over with Logan and we all enjoyed a small oat cakes and goats cheese before L and I dined on a rump steak and a Mediterranean ratatouille.
Grateful for another day.
