A spring fair with auntie
A craft fair to be accurate.
My day began at 02:27, reading and attending to the important things such as blipfoto etc.;)
Another glorious sunrise with astonishing purple yellows pink red grey and other colours mingled in. Nature too didn’t disappoint, I feel spring is almost ready to burst with perfection where you look. My feathered friends talked and sang for the whole two hours as I wondered across the Commons.
I collected a freshly baked sourdough loaf and some pastries for breakfast to share with Auntie .
After breakfast I Escorted Auntie to the Bickford Centre in town where we enjoyed some of the morning in the company of her friends (and mine of course) for tea and biscuits.
Next stop was the craft fair just over the road in Castle community Centre, the most wonderful display of local crafts and and lots of local people to catch up with the latest version of how our country should be run. Auntie made some purchases from my friend Sally who creates Jewellery from locally gathered Seaglass.
Seatumble is the title of her collection if you would like to view her work.
Home for some lunch before some Pilates and physio sessions before preparing a supper of ham and eggs for auntie. L and I enjoyed a short encounter with nature and some of the glorious views around our home town and countryside.
Enjoy your day of rest everyone and drive carefully with patience and good intention if you are travelling today.
