Red Campion - Take 2

I enjoyed a splendid walk around the Glaven Valley with B, JohnRH and W this morning.  The sun was shining, but a cooling breeze so we didn't get too hot, the birds were singing and everywhere looked fresh and vibrant.

Of course, we had to stop at Natural Surroundings so we could enjoy a coffee in their beautiful garden.

but I find this pretty flower hard to resist, (although I confess to having faffed about with this one).

M and I enjoyed a leisurely lunch in the summerhouse (joined by Ziggy the cat).  Don't you just love days like this?!
