What a beautiful day, made perfect by a blip meet with Mr and Mrs HCB.
Having driven down from Swindon the day before to Porlock, this wonderful couple did a tour of North Devon to attend our church service this morning.
Banter and laughter were the highlight, a Roast lamb Sunday lunch in the garden room followed by ginger and rhubarb crumble…….custard hot or cold and cream for those who weren’t measuring their calories.
I think that from the smiling faces above you can tell what a wonderful day was had. And this was just as the HCB’s first arrived!!
