The Station Master's Wife and Child

So I wanted to include a little 3D for the Dolores station. The station master (my term) lived on the second floor of the station. So I modeled the front windows as partly open and added drapes. Behind the window stands the station master's wife and new child. I built the little room from black foam core so that when you looked into the room you would not see the other side of the station. I had thought about printing up some S scale wallpaper I downloaded from the net to line the walls, but since I do not plan on lighting the scene it probably would not be seen.

I realize that in 1949-1950 the station master probably did not have a baby given that he was probably old, but I liked the figure and it is my world after all. Maybe he did have a kid late in life. Who knows? Those old train guys had some surprises.......

A fun afternoon's work. Now onto the roof.
