Pallet furniture

T'other half got all creative yesterday and built this bench for the wild area of our garden out of pallets. Tomorrow he is hoping to use some of the other pallets he has been given to create a path along the hedge at the back of the garden.

I got to cook my first meal in our new kitchen- it is the simple things in life that make me happy, having space to work and an oven that actually heats up and cooks food quickly was fabulous.

And what a glorious evening it has been, loved watching the sun go down and sky become tinted with bright orange and pink all the more enjoyable whilst sipping a glass of chilled wine.
