Mama and babies

It's that time of year when you see lots of babies around. After brunch I went for a walk at Shubie Park. Mama duck was shepherding her babies from one side of the trail to the other. There is a pond on both sides. Once she had all of them into the other pond, she took them down the canal.

Brunch was at Colleen's Pub today, and she gave me a free meal today for my birthday. She also had some red roses to give to all the mothers.

A busy week coming up. I hope that we don't lose anymore time to rain for a few weeks. E is going to take care of a few of the biweeklies this week, so that will free up some of my time for other jobs.
