Morning at Wells-Next-the-Sea

A and I enjoyed a walk along the path from the harbour to the beach. The blue hut on stilts is the wave recording station.

This is a shot of Wells taken from my phone as I managed to forget my camera (happily not my flask of coffee).

At one point on the path a lady came towards us typing on her phone whilst also walking a dog on one of those long leads. She was so focused on her phone she allowed her dog to walk straight at us and A and I were forced to part and walk either side of her. A politely pointed out that her almost invisible lead across our path was a hazard, she completely ignored us and carried on typing . We were speechless.
