Potting Area

Andy was playing golf today so it was a day for Merlin and I to spend some time together. I also decided to do a revamp of some of the beds in the front and back gardens. So a trip to the garden centre happened and the day was spent digging and planting, and dog walking.

Grateful:
- To see strawberry plants I put in over winter bearing fruit. Today I netted them to try to stop birds eating them once they ripen.
- To pot up the magnolia tree I removed from one of our borders at the weekend - it had become too big for its place in the flower bed.
- To eat more asparagus from the allotment. I suspect for the last time this year.
