Gwnes i roi côt gyntaf o 'groen teigr' (lliw cedrwydd coch) ar y cwt heddiw. Roedd diddorol i weld sut wnaeth y staen yn rhedeg i mewn i'r pren - bron yn awyddus oedd e. Rydw i'n meddwl ei fod e wedi mynd i mewn haws na allai dŵr ac rydw i'n gobeithio bydd e'n creu sêl gwrth-dywydd. 

Rydw i'n meddwl bod y cedrwydd coch yn edrych yn dda. Rydw i'n gobeithio rhoi ail gôt ar y cwt yn hwyr yn y wythnos.

I put a first coat of 'tiger skin' (red cedar color) on the hut today. It was interesting to see how the stain ran into the wood - it was almost eager. I think it went in easier than water could and I hope it will create a weatherproof seal.

I think the red cedar looks good. I'm hoping to put a second coat on the hut later in the week.
