Crumb shot
Sorry, a boring blip but it's been wall-to-wall meetings today, and before the first one started, I had a load to get sorted.
This is the inside of the granary loaf I baked first thing. It's 40% granary flour and 60% white and made with yeast rather than sourdough. I started it yesterday so this morning all I had to do was knock it back, let it prove for a while, and then chuck it in the oven.
