My toilet seat died this morning; one of the plastic rods that connected the seat to the ceramic broke. I could still use it, but it was precarious, and I'd hate to think of the injuries I might suffer if it fell off.

Because I've been in meetings for much of the day (again) I whistled up Argos to deliver one - it's a few quid more but I couldn't be sure of having time to drive around to find one. It didn't take long to fit though so it's all good.
