Hare again
When we got back last night I was delighted to see two hares in the field. They did not stay long though and light was fading but I did manage to get a couple of shots.
I was up early and out in the garden hoping to spot them or the baby Robin. I sat at the bottom of the garden and could see the baby Robin hopping along the logs. I think the nest is hidden between two logs, a safe place to build one.
I then glimpse the hare out of the corner of my eye. I sat still and watched as it nibbled and blades of grass and dandelions. He was having a good shake in this photo.
A metal detectorist appeared in the field. He seemed to be finding a few bits and putting them in a bag. Would love to know what he found.
