'Craft Market & Playground'

We were all really tired last night and fell asleep in our bed watching the Carlton v Collingwood game of footy on tv, all of us in the same bed. I woke up about two hours later and found that Dylan had taken himself off to bed (first time ever) then I carried Bella back in to her bed and gave her another kiss goodnight. I have a cold at the moment, so woke up numerous times during the night with a totally blocked nose, Gggggrrrr.

It was pretty cold this morning, but the sun was shining and the local Craft Market was on in Warrandyte. Bella was the only one who wanted to come with me, while Mrs RW & Dylan stayed home in the warmth.

So glad we got out, it ended up being a beautiful sunny morning walking around the market, loads of people out and about with their dogs too. We walked along the bank of the river until we hit the playground for an hour of playing followed by cakes from the bakery. Yumm.

It's so nice that my little girl likes coming out and spending time with daddy, and we both had a really nice morning. She is no trouble at all and never ever complains, even with the big walk we did. She's very aware of her surroundings also as when we were leaving the bakery, she said let's go this way back to the car dad (up along the main road on the footpath through the township). She was aware that this was the way we had driven the car down there.

Getting ready for the big Hawks v Cats showdown tonight now.

On a musical note, I'm really enjoying the new Booker T album 'Sound The Alarm' very funky R & B with some great guest appearances. Worth a listen if you like it funky.
