Parkrun day

I’m not used to the 9am start for a parkrun - in Scotland we get a lie in and start at 9.30!
But I managed to get up and cycled along to the Quarry for the Shrewsbury PR. It’s a big affair with 600 people taking part, and we started with the briefing at the bandstand. The park and riverside was extra busy today as a regatta was also on all weekend with rowers across at Shrewsbury Schools boat house.
Anyway, it was an enjoyable run - my time was all of 30 seconds better than my last run here 2 years ago. So a Personal Best!
I cycled back to the house, second breakfast, a shower, and then a walk in to town with my brother.
