Risley Moss

My first visit to the Moss in a little while - and work on the viewing area is now complete after it being “out of bounds” during the construction process. Sadly it hasn’t been possible to provide a new hide following the old one being burnt to the ground by young arsonists, as the ground is contaminated so cannot be over disturbed. So instead this wooden circle is provided, overseeing the flat landscape of the lowland peat bog.
