Approaching Thunder (Day 3293)
Today has been a day of small jobs in town. First on the list was an electric shower swap. The folk were keen to speak to me when I had finished because they have plans to replace their bathroom. It seems they also want to replace their hot water cylinder. I will get back along to see them and discuss their plans soon.
Next up an immersion swap, which I managed to do in record time.
The next customer wanted me to exterminate the squealing noise one of her taps made every time it was used. Despite being relatively new taps, they were very badly corroded and difficult to take apart. A simple job took far longer than anticipated.
After a quick lunch I changed a radiator. Typically the pipework started to leak when I thought I was nearly finished. Stopping the leak took a fair bit of time, but I got there eventually.
After running a few errands in town I zoomed across to Stromness and met my beautiful wife taking Thunder for a wee wander.
