Reinforcements

My 50 native ladybird larvae arrived today in a small plastic box. It was interesting trying to deploy them on the hops as while i tried to get one out an place on a leaf one of the others in the box would wander out onto my hand and up my arm.

So here is one on a hop leaf you can also see a few (soon to be ex-aphids)

I've left the harlequin ladybirds and their larvae hoping they just eat the aphids and leave the native guys alone..
