Watching

No drama today, just a nice bike ride after work.  I did my usual local loop but it felt too early to head home so I kept on going and had a bit of an explore.  Glad I did as not only did I encounter this fine fellow, but I spotted my first two Lanarkshire hares (one at close range that I spooked from a verge), a buzzard (it's not a bike ride up here without spotting at least one), a meadow pipit and lots of very cute sheep with their lambs.  It's always a good bike route when you encounter as many hares as vehicles on the road, will definitley be doing that one again.
