The eyes have it

Today was the last day of dog sitting for our friends. Tonight we begin dog sitting for the Lancaster family’s dog.

This one has been a pleasure to have, apart from the occasional very early rise. Breakfast had to be it 06:30. But she is a lovely natured dog and when she fixes you with these eyes it is hard to resist!

Her owners returned this afternoon and there were great greetings

The extra was snapped as I walked past a toy shop in the local shopping centre. A bubble machine was sending hundreds of bubbles into the air. The baby in the pram was loving them but I’ve cropped the photo so the face is excluded. A bit of brightness and fun.

As to yesterday’s spider’s web. It was there this morning but barely visible in the bright light. It turned into a lovely warm day which I enjoyed after a morning meeting on church matters.
