Baby squirrels

Two baby squirrels were out with their mother this afternoon at Shubie Park. They must have been babies since they were smaller than the mother. They were chasing each other around. If I had more time I would have waited and hoped to get a shot of them poking their heads out of a hole in the tree. But I only had about 20 minutes to spend there before I went to get my hair cut.

I made one customer happy today. Her final bill was less than I had quoted. I told her that it's Friday and it's the start of a long weekend. The crew knew that if they worked hard and got the job done, then they would have the afternoon off plus the 3 day weekend.

The back of the truck has been cleaned out, I just have some trays in there that I can use for plants. I just have to get a few clothes ready in the morning to take with me, as well as make a lunch. There is rain in the forecast for both Saturday and Sunday. I am hoping that the system drifts off out to sea somewhere.
