Busy Bee

I taken a quick shoty of sis spotted burnets on some viper's bugloss on the morning walk with the dogs. but after my first two or three safety first shots (just to make sure I had got something) the battery went on my compact so I was not able to take moree considered shots where I had adjusted the exposure etc.

The shots were well composed but not sharp throughout so I ended up doing an emergency blip. As everybody on blip has been doing bee shots I thought I ought to have a go.This is one of a bee on one of the aliums in the garden. I cropped my macro shot down a lot so you can get a closer look as I think the greatest thing about bees apart from their colour is their furriness and I wanted to show this.
