Proper petanque weather...

...on the terrains this morning...

So warm in the glare of the sun that Diane felt woozy, and had to be helped home - she'd worn a hat and drunk water too ( and no alcohol was consumed! ) 

Duncan and I had mixed fortunes this morning - two close games and a walkover...  beaten 13-0 - I think we were concentrating too much :))

A grand day for pegging out washing - off to take Muriel's in soon, and Roy is going to accompany her on a walk down the road ( literally, to avoid the holes in the pavement footway... )
