Another good day

E played another two rounds today, one lost and one draw. His play is okay, but somehow things don’t work out in his favor. He is still very happy to play and noticed he is getting better in a new tactical thing he is learning for a few weeks and with that he is very very happy. Lots of friends playing too, so a lot of social interaction also (yes, mom did wait some extra hours to let them do their thing, and enjoyed the interaction and growing group of people joining)
29 years ago my husband didn't use the front door to pick me up at our wedding day. It's a bit strange to be apart on our wedding day, but we will celebrate it together when we are back home.
