Notes: Woke late, groggy and exhausted. Too late to bike and didn't feel up to it. Put on suit to swim laps but could hear people in the pool when I got near (just after 8a) - was irritated and disgusted and completely thrown out of my Sunday routine ... turned around and went back. Out of it and feeling worse as the day went on. Did a meditation 1111a and came out of it crying - first time for that ... and then did another one 111p (timing pretty weird!). Around 3p or so, made eggs w/ salad and a piece of sprouted toast. So hot, AC running all the time or just stifling when I turn it off. Restless and wanting to be out of my head (and needed to move the car before concrete work tomorrow ... decided to pull into 1401 and use the building hose to wash it as 1402 spot was open. Did a quick wash but looks so much better, hot and sticky. Moved car then to 1501, building next door. Cool shower, started Netflix but then distracted and made some notes ... couldn't hold my attention well there either.
