A day at home
We didn’t stay in bed too late this morning but we did linger over breakfast. At least we had tidied up before our blipped friend, Mima, arrived to deliver eggs and chat over coffee.
After Mima had left MrM and I talked about cushions for the window seats in the lounge and the second bedroom as well as the sofa in the entrance. I got a load of washing done and hung on the rack because there was no point in hanging it outside today. It was cold and grey with no sunshine.
During the afternoon MrM spent time in the garden and I tried to clear off some emails because my Inbox is way too full. I was moderately successful. I also received a call from Plastic Surgery in Dunedin to say that they had a booking for me on Monday at midday and I should be finished by 2pm. That was excellent news as it will be good to get my hand sorted even though it means restricting its movement for a couple of weeks.
I still haven’t been on blip so am way behind with comments.
The blip is an Acer in the garden showing off its autumn colour.
