S Is For Seed-head

The sun was bright this afternoon so I went out in search of my "S". I have an abundance of mossy saxifrage (in Extras). So much so that I have used it in the inch gap left between patio paving slabs, it softens the formality.

I was sitting on the patio enjoying the sunshine and a white zinfandel (or 2) when I noticed the seed-head of the poppy set against the big blousey petals of other flowers.
