A favourite but once would not have been

I wonder why - changing taste ? Sideways observation ?
A fine weather and very busy garden day which was pleasantly interrupted by an unexpected visit by a friend. Coffee break extended with a tour of the garden which was both useful and enjoyable.
Off for dinner.
