Diary of an Edinburgher

By LadyMarchmont

I cut the grass yesterday - sorry, wee daisies - but it does looking smashing, with my nice edges.

Dougal came stay with us for the afternoon, and what a good boy he was, after his initial blood-curdling HOWL when he realised his mum had left him.

We had hoped the sun would come out in the late afternoon, as it has been going for several days now. In fact so sure were we, that we set up the table for drinks outside when Hazel visited. We told her to wear something warm. Christine, when she came to collect Dougal, stayed for a glass of wine.

Then it suddenly rained!

We continued for another couple of hours inside. A lot to catch up on.

This photo hasn’t got any merit, except that it shows my edges and I forgot to take any others. Although here’s a bonus Dougal. (Extra).
