Summer in Denmark (Day 3)

A couple of days ago I wrote about how we travelled from spring to summer as we travelled from home in mid-Sweden to the southern regions of Sweden. This picture is sign of that change, this time from a very warm and sunny Denmark. We have been visiting Hanne and Peter, who live here, and the photo was taken as Peter was showing me his rowing clubhouse.
After the walk (and photo) and lunch Jan and I set off once again on our journey southwards towards the Hook of Holland and the ferry to Harwich.
We covered another 500 km and Jan found a lovely place to park for the night, outside a sports centre in Hollenstedt, Germany. We slept well after planning our breakfast at the local bakery - one of the joys of being in Germany.
