Denial

I was in serious denial about having to clean the Cottage today. Planned my day around it, but drug my feet, a very slow start. Slow and steady, that's the way to do it! Up the stairs, down the stairs, up the stairs, down the stairs...

Great exercise! I think I need some Bengay or something on my back about now...
