Enjoying the kiwi life <3

Stunning pic capturing my oldest daughter's attitude and character. They went for a walk out the back of Nanny and Pop's house to feed the ducks. Of course Bailee and Oscar ate more of the dry, stale bread than the ducks got.

We had a lovely day. The air is fresh, but the sun is shining. We are all still getting used to the time difference. Maple was up until 4am and Oscar woke twice. In the end we all slept until 1030am at least so got some sort of sleep. Nothing coffee can't remedy though.

NZ is greener than we remember and extremely quiet and relaxed so far. Definitely a lot less sand than Dubai and not a skyscraper in sight.

We had the pleasure of reuniting with Maple's godmother Aunty Jo today :-) It was surreal to see her again, the last time we saw her was when the twin's were only 11 months old last time we were in NZ. I am so proud to show off my brood to everyone and there are exciting times ahead for Jo ;-)

We also met Aunty KP's partner Tim today for the first time. Seems like an awesome bloke. We wish them all the happiness in the world and it is fab to see them so happy together.

It's my birthday tomorrow. Another year gone, how did that happen? Oscar and Bailee are silly excited about mummy's birthday and want me to have a "Vanilla princess cake" and rice cakes to go with it....
