Later, The Paperboys, a six-piece Canadian/US/Mexican band at The Live Room in Saltaire (extra). A fusion folk band, performing largely their own compositions with a few interesting covers - the set finished with a 10 minute version of All Along the Watchtower including a blistering bass solo - they are definitely worth checking out on the tail end of this UK visit. They’re in Settle on Saturday (25th) and then Hunmanby (26th) but back for the Cambridge Folk Festival in the summer.
