Late birthday lunch with Ian and Fuji

I'm trying to increase my step count since I got back from Spain. So Ian look me on a dog walk to Broadway Market (extra of Fuji).

It was not too hot but very humid, so the fresh salad lunch at Route was very welcome. 

I. bought him some belated birthday cake and we walked back.

I was glad to see that by the time I got home I had chalked up nearly 11000 steps (and without the need of free pouring gin like I did in Cadiz).

Onwards and upwards :-)
