4 DC-3s

Four DC-3 aircraft, including the Western Air Lines plane that I photographed the other day, flew right over the house this morning. I've discovered that they were off to The Shuttleworth Collection for the D-Day 80 weekend. I think they'll be returning tomorrow afternoon. I'll be ready.

I've added a montage of the bugs that I photographed on my unmown lawn today. A scorpion fly, a bee, a possible flesh fly, a rustic sailor beetle, a small fairy longhorn moth, a Mirid, ladybirds mating, a banded demoiselle and a fly with a malformed wing.
