Not playing the game
well, he was, as in playing madly with the small cat tower, resulting in a blurred photo, he then stood, looked at me and wandered off.
I’m the lazy one, not him with a day spent catching up on bf, emails, cuddling cats and a little food preparation to take with us tonight.
A cool, damp day here and I am reading The Sweetness of a Simple Life by Diane Beresford-Kroeger, and enjoying it. (A friend lent me their copy, after reading a few pages I decided to buy the book eventually finding a used edition in America, it looks new). She was brought up in Ireland and now lives in Canada, her writing is clear and interesting, easy to read and tends to leave me wanting more. My aim is to read it slowly, normally I read quickly and probably miss half the story.
