Gloucester Tall Ships

We enjoyed our visit to this event with our local family today. It was busy, but not overwhelming. There were only 8 ships in the basin. Three were quite large ones. We had “Sea Legs” tickets so were able to go on deck. Canon firing at noon and sea shanties on one of the stages. Vintage heater-skelter, carousel and wheel added to the fun of the festival. It’s all on again tomorrow!
