Dappled pathway

Up early and picked up the grand dog Branch from his other grandparent as our kids are off to a cabin in the woods ;) Branch cones over here now til Monday afternoon. We took him walking with us at Tryon state Park. It was the first day is hard I walked without back pain ! I don’t mention that because I’ve got too many things to Yao that hurt. It was a great feeling to be without the back pain and all on a nice dirt trail which I know makes the difference.
We enjoyed the fresh woods air as did Branch sniffing all the hood scents. Then home and I did my PT and watched the Seattle Mariners play ball. Later another shorter Branch walk and R did weeding and watering. I’m loving all the stuff blooming and have located sone more garden festivals to check out!
