Water Lily

An unexpected surprise to see a few water lilies beginning to open up on the pond in Rouken Glen. Just the white variety at the moment but in time the pink, yellow and deep red will come into flower.

I don't post photos taken by other people but I just had to post the photo my niece sent to me showing Fouter on the train on his way home to Edinburgh after his brief sojourn with me.
