spotted today. A dog watching the football with interest,  a grown adult male eating a lollipop on the U Bahn and an ironic tattoo on the arm of a disinterested millennial. 

It started badly when my phone didn't work at exactly the moment when I needed to make a call. The obnoxious millennial at the phone shop provided customer service with not just Berliner schnautze but also an amount of condescension that was unnecessary. Ironically he had a tattoo which read "never give up". Trying to get good customer service?
