John Boy!

No, not the character from the TV series The Waltons!  This fishing boat has been in Strangford Lough for decades, I have photographed it maybe thirty years ago and many times in between.  It's not often out of the water, but a few months back I got speaking to its owner.  He fishes in the lough for lobsters and also prawns.  I asked him if the produce is for the local market and he said no it's all exported to Spain.  I included the man on the quayside as he gives scale to the image.
