A little horse…

…no I haven’t got a sore throat!
Extra, mummy horse is the white one.
I don’t know if I mentioned that Sabrina and family are moving house, to a new build. In fact I think I did write a Blip about the first couple who wanted to buy it - the husband died just before completion.
The estate agent - a family friend found another buyer very quickly.
So the new couple were waiting for their buyers to complete the documentation.
Well, it all fell through last night. The solicitor who was working for the buyer’s buyer had not done any paperwork and had taken off with the money! It beggars belief!
They were meant to be moving tomorrow, everything is packed up ready to go. Devastated doesn’t even touch it.
Anyway the estate agent quickly put it on the market again and also had a client looking to downsize. They came to look at the house and love it, however 2 others have also expressed interest and want to view tomorrow.
It will probably take another month till all the paperwork is done so they will need to unpack a load of stuff.
On a more positive note, Amelia has had 2 days at high school with her friend Jacob. She loves it and can’t wait to go there.
I only did a bit of art today and wasn’t happy with my effort so it’s in the bin! ;-D.

Frank isn’t feeling too good tonight. Sore tummy and vomited. I made him peppermint tea and he has a hot water bottle on it. He’ll have camomile tea before bed. It’s not like him to be not well :-(
Bella looked really worried and didn’t know what to do. She ended up hiding in the hallway.

The weather has been lovely today and we took Bella a long walk this morning. Then Frank took her for another long one this afternoon, he felt fine at that time.
Now it’s nearly bedtime, I was up at 5am! The birds wake me up.
