Birthday picnic

The sun was shining so we chose to go to Kilmory Knapp beach for a picnic in honour of my birthday. We had home grown salad and the smoked fish from yesterday.

Kilmory knapp is a off the beaten track so usually not very busy. These are the Paps of Jura you see in the background. Look large for lots of detail.

This is us just arriving, minutes later the children were swimming in the sea, my OH and I paddled, too cold for us to swim.

New lens for my birthday, Olympus 40 - 150 (150 to 300 in real money). I look forward to having a try of this, it looks a lovely light compact lens.
