Bendy

It was a lovely morning when we took the cakes to Jupiter Artland this morning.
The only disadvantage with that was I couldn't actually see the screen on the back of the camera when I was taking the pictures. This one is 2 pictures stitched together and the one in the extras is 6. I am really quite chuffed that the turned out.

The gardeners are still working on one of the ponds. I suspect that they may be trying to find a leak.

When we got home I got out the hedge trimmer and extension cable with the intention of attacking the hedge at the front to make it easier for drivers to see round the corner. I was intended filling  a couple of neighbours' half empty bins. as II went to plug in the extension cable, the bin men turned up.
So much for that idea.

The new switch for my small lathe arrived - a few days earlier than expected.
Oh what fun that was fitting it!
Tiny screws - 3 of 4 wires being the same colour - very tights clips and contacts - bug hands and small spaces.
To cut a long story short .... 3 attempts before finding the the plug had loosened in the socket to the mains.........
All working now though.
