Bee Orchid

Early this morning we went back to the local former quarry nature reserve to see if the Bee Orchids were now open.
Indeed they were. They have been there many years. 
I have never seen a bee settling on a Bee Orchid but no doubt they do. Has anyone else seen it happen?
