Summer

June has arrived with a beautiful sunny day, although a stiff northerly breeze made it feel less summery.

We had a pleasant walk with Merlin this morning and after lunch I potted on tomato, courgette, sweet pepper and chilli plants. The allotment grass was cut and a few cucumbers and climbing beans planted out.

Andy cooked a delicious chicken dish for dinner and I now feel ready for bed! Hoping your day has been a good one.
