Back in the Water

I finally got back in the water at Buttermere. I’ve really missed my lake swims. It was December last time I was actually in the water.
It was wonderful, Caroline drove. We nattered and laughed. Buttermere Bash was happening and there were loads of people camping at Honister pass side of the lake. Folks were paddle boarding, swimming and paragliding! It’s in aid of chartity. Lovely to lots of people having fun.
Will is off hiking and solo wild camping this evening in Matterdale.
