2024 Saturday — Top On

The new little “Urban Greenhouse” had the top installed today. Mr. Fun is having agonizing back pain; we’re sure it’s from all the stooping and bending to put the greenhouse together. So he did not finish the project today.

The top piece — call it the roof, call it the ceiling — has a device that causes the ceiling to lift with the temperature inside the greenhouse; it raises with heat and closes when it cools.

In today’s photo, Mr. Fun is using his drill to install the hardware and I am holding the little building at an angle so he can reach the top of the little “Urban Greenhouse.”
